Originally built in 1909, the property was once home to the Brigidine order of Nuns in Coonamble, about 600 kilometres west from the Hunter. After careful reconstruction it now sits amidst magnificent landscaped gardens and vineyards. The hotel blends the ambience of a French Baroque hotel mixed with the distinctive character of an Australian country guest house.
