The family rooms in this wing with queen and bunk bed are the best value and most suitable rooms for families as they have extra beds for children and we are happy to put a rollaway in for a 3rd child.

The Maitland Wing rooms are smaller, character rooms, a bit cheaper and the 12 on the North side have lake and mountain views. The flexible slat beds have electric blankets and there are extra blankets in the drawers. The bathrooms have a shower over the bath, heated towel rails and teak oiled floor boards. Choose from double, twin and triple (bunk and single bed) rooms with underfloor heating, all with ensuites with bath and tea and coffee making facilities, no fridge.
Huxley Wing
Detached from the main lodge building, the Huxley Wing is our more budget accommodation comprising of 5 rooms that have 2 single beds (which can be joined to make a king bed) and 5 quad rooms with 2 sets of bunk beds. The rooms do not have tea or coffee making, nor do they have a fridge. The rooms are quite small but through a large glass sliding door you have a view over a grassy area to glimpses of the lake. The ensuite bathrooms are generously sized with shower and heated towel rails and the rooms are warm in winter. There is parking just outside.
Hopkins Wing
This is the original wing of the Lodge from 1951! All rooms have two single beds with hand basin and the shared facilities are at the end of the hallway. All linen and towels are supplied, there is a heater in each room and hot water bottles that can be filled from the kitchen. It is important to note that these rooms can be quite noisy as they are right beside the bar.
