A small intimate lodge set amongst the World Heritage rainforest. Relax in the tranquil setting of the natural rock pool deep in the fan palm rainforest, or cool down in crystal clear spring waters on the property. Cassowaries, Boyd Forest Dragons and other endemic wildlife can often be seen on the grounds. The resort is located north of the Daintree River; a ferry crossing is required.

The cabins are set a fair distance away from each other, tucked away beneath the rainforest canopy offering a coolness without the need for air-conditioning; the cabins have ceiling fans only. Each cabin has its own boardwalk leading to the front door and offers complete privacy with a viewing roof and balcony overlooking the rainforest. Rooms feature a television which plays DVD's only and shower only. There are no telephones in the rooms.
