This 1905 colonial heritage villa offers spacious deck areas where guests can watch ships and yachts come and go and enjoy panoramic sea to mountain views that take in Haulashore Island, the naturally formed Boulder Bank with its historic lighthouse and all the way across Tasman Bay to the Abel Tasman National Park. The house features its original rimu staircase and high ceilings,a fireplace and a woodburner to warm by in winter, polished native timber floors and New Zealand wool carpets.
