British Airways from London Heathrow
British Airway's offer one daily flight to Australia (Sydney), via Singapore, departing from London Heathrow Terminal 3, along with flights to Bangkok and Sinapore. Flights to Hong Kong, Los Angeles and other long haul destinations depart from Terminal 5. All British Airways flights combine with One World partner Qantas to offer a seamless service to all destinations in Australasia. British Airways offer daily flights to Los Angeles, New York, Bangkok, Sinapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Mumbai and Johannesburg that connect with Qantas services to Australia and New Zealand. Round the world flights are also available.
Online check in is available 24 hours before departure.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In March 2013 Qantas will cease with its "Kangaroo Route" agreement with British Airways and form a new alliance with Emirates. This will result in major changes to the commercial agreements of these airlines that will result in changes to the way you fly to Australia and beyond. World Traveller
When you fly World Traveller, you can relax in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of; simply sit back and enjoy the great entertainment and service on offer. Everything has been designed with your comfort in mind, from the ergonomically designed seat, complete with lumbar support and headrest, to your seat back screen and complimentary headphones.
World Traveller Plus
World Traveller Plus is a private dedicated cabin with a maximum of six rows meaning you can enjoy a more peaceful trip. So why not stretch out and enjoy the complimentary bar service, in a larger seat with adjustable headrest, lumbar support, leg rest, more legroom and greater seat recline.
Once you're in the air, enjoy a complimentary dining experience, including a selection of drinks from the bar or juices, teas and coffees throughout your journey. On all flights, you can look forward to a three-course meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on your flight time. We always provide a choice of entrée designed by leading chefs, and we have special meals to accommodate your tastes and dietary requirements
All seats in World Traveller Plus have laptop power and an in-seat phone.
All of the World Traveller seats have a personal screen and you are provided with headphones free of charge. So sit back and enjoy the latest films, TV programmes, games, audio books, music and radio when you want to.
New Club World
You can experience the new Club World cabin on all Boeing 747 and B777aircraft.
As a Club World customer you are invited to relax in exclusive lounges before your flight.

- If you'd like a light meal or snack simply take your pick from a range of food served in the Chef's theatre. On selected flights you can dine in the lounges before you fly so that you can maximise your sleep on-board.

With your touch button privacy screen, you are enclosed in your own personal space. So why not put your feet up and enjoy a glass of champagne.
There is a generously sized desk, in-seat phone and personal laptop power socket. Your personal locker is ideal for storing your shoes, newspapers or laptop when dining or sleeping.
Your wash bag contains everything you need to feel totally invigorated on the flight including, Elemis in-flight skincare products, toothbrush, toothpaste, eye mask, earplugs and comfy flight socks.
The Club World seat has been specially designed to adapt to your needs, whether you're reading, sleeping, eating, or relaxing. It offers four preset seat positions, as well as the flexibility to create your own using the fine adjustment buttons. The 201cm (six feet six inches) Z position is perfect for relaxing.

HighLife Entertainment's Audio and Video On Demand (AVOD) system puts you in control. AVOD is available on all Boeing 747s and longhaul Boeing 767s and is currently being fitted to the majority of our Boeing 777 fleet.
